Yeah, same. My schoolwork is a LOT harder from last year, but at least I didn't get any D's or F's at the end of the first quarter like last year. I'm looking forward to the 4-day break for Thanksgiving too, but today I found out that we only get 6 days off for Christmas whereas my sister gets an entire month off (she's in college though). And I have to take swimming classes 3 days a week for half the year (so my hair freezes when I go outside on campus [my highschool is set up campus-style with 8 different buildings BTW]), so that's never good. BUT, after this year, my one sister will be living in Cleveland with her future husband, my other sister will still be living at Cal (Pennsylvania), and my brother will be starting college, so for the first time in my life I MIGHT get to have my own room if my grandma dies (she lives with us also). So basically, I'm just waiting to be a junior so my life won't be as hectic. Sorry to write all this too. :3
Only six days? That sucks.
And yeah, the level of work and the difficulty of the work has skyrocketed since last year. Last year I had almost no homework, and now I'll be lucky if I only have 2 hours a night.
I'll be sure to read a few chapters sometime.
